INGREDIENTS:
1 kg wheat flour
1 coffee cup flaxseeds
1 pack of yeast
3 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 litre handwarm water
Additionally:
A fistful of raisins
3 tablesons caraway
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the wheat flour in a bowl of adequate size.
Make a cavity in the middle, crumble the yeast into it.
Pour some warm water on top of the yeast and use a spoon to stir it to a small mash.
Now simply add all the ingredients.
Stir the bulk until everything is well mixed and no clusters of flour are left.
Pour the pastry into an adequate baking dish.
Put the bread into your cold oven.
Set it to 200° Celsius and bake the bread for 70 minutes.
